Securely pack the water filtration system or replacement filters in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

Ship to Service Center

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control facility.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
